Several sources in our website are of the opinion that nuclear weather war was deployed by the City of London and Wall Street successfully ...destroying Chernobyl and Fukushima nuclear reactor sites for nuclear fallout depopulation devastation and a successful economic warfare hardship strategy and successful financial warfare campaign for IMF and World Bank reconstruction loans taking in with gold reserves and central banks as forfeit.
We are fortunate to have stumbled over the genius work of Jim Lee about weather warfare several years ago while we were in the midst of eight years of researching catastrophic & extinction-level Fukushima nuclear fallout affects on Oceanic animals but had not the time to look into it, until recently. It's amazing.
Jim Lee over three years has mapped what appear to be a hundred to two locations of weather warfare technologiy sites around the world, on google maps.
Nuclear Weather Forecast refers to these sites, as, 'targets' ...because if they were gone, there would be no weather warfare (until they were replaced). That could save hundreds of millions of animals large and small, including people.
At the same time, Nuclear Weather Forecast presents charts of the dynastic central banker warlords famiies that own, create and control the money supply, governments and military of the western world, in fact the entire world, (with notable exceptions).

But, I am unclear at this time of the specs required to create and broadcast alfven waves; and as you, need to become more familiar with Jim's videos.
My understanding seems to suggest the nuclear weather war sites in Japan did contain sufficienct broadcasting capacity of ionospheric resonator atmospheric heating abiiity.
